I've spent a week in Saint-Denis with my girlfriend in the hotel located on 1 Bis Rue des Lataniers, in Saint-Denis. They have nice twin rooms just for $60 per night. Taking in consideration that the room had air conditioning, phone, satellite TV and a swimming pool outside then this is a very good price. I recommend you to try it.
