If you are looking for a romantic place then for sure you must visit the Labourdonnais restaurant. Its address is 14, Rue Amiral Lacaze (very close to the Paris' Street) in Saint-Denis. For sure you will appreciate the romantic atmosphere and the creol welcome tradition of this place. It was here that I popped out the question to my girlfriend.. ....it was great.
